chicken salad tender chicken fillet pan fried in garlic and herbed butter, cooled and heaped on fresh garden greens with a dash of BeauVine dressing

smoked salmon salad skewered shaved smoked salmon and cucumber ribbons served on a bed of garden greens with danish feta and a good dollop of double thick yoghurt

(v) tomato salad perfect slices of tomato and danish feta drizzled with balsamic and olive oil topped with fresh onion slices and finished with ground black pepper
