We are selling Zero 2 One in phases and Phase 1 will represent the Pick n Pay and general retail component together with 8 floors of parking and 557 apartments over 10 floors. Only once the entire Phase 1 apartments have been sold, will we then commence with the sales of Phase 2 comprising of 635 apartments over a further 14 residential levels and then the final Phase 3 on the same basis which comprises 121 apartments over 10 levels topping out at 44 storeys which will be the tallest building in Cape Town once all phases are complete.
The apartment is sold without a parking bay, which are available on floors 6 to 8 on a limited basis at R250,000 per bay for a standard 2,5m wide parking bay and R265,000 for an oversized 2,8m wide parking bay. Limited joint Tandem bays can be purchased for an additional R125,000 per bay. We also have a limited number of motor bike parking bays at a cost of R40,000 per bay. require a parking bay and specify which type. Please note that this will also be on a first come, first served basis and you are required to own an apartment in Zero 2 One to be able to purchase an exclusive use bay.

deposit. Alternatively, a 30% deposit with a bank guarantee to be provided for the balance just prior to project completion, Phase 1 estimated to be in mid-2023. We also offer bond origination through Ooba in order to secure for you the best possible home loan terms.
The Zero 2 One site is located in the Urban Development Zone (UDZ) and we are hoping that the Government will extend the period for claiming accelerated depreciation benefits beyond 31st March 2020, which is the current expiry date of the UDZ Investment Incentive. If this date is extended, it will provide you with a considerable financial advantage in that you could claim up to 55% of your purchase price back from SARS provided you remain in ownership of your apartment which can be deducted by means of deprecation from the income tax that you may have paid to SARS.
