1. PURPOSE This Policy for Employee Status Changes (“Policy”) is part of a set of rules, guiding principles and responsibilities enacted by Century Casinos, Inc. (“Century” or “the Company”). This Policy is supporting the “IT Standard – User Account Maintenance” document and property-specific Human Resources (“HR”) Policies and Procedures.

2. SCOPE The HR department must communicate each Employee Status Change (“Change”) to IT. These Changes shall be submitted via Century’s Trouble Ticket System (“Zendesk”) and must follow the Notification Form described in chapter 5.

3. POLICY This Policy establishes three rules for Changes: Standard Changes

Depending on the type of Change (see chapter 4), HR and/or the home department is notifying IT and requesting a) the creation, deactivation or removal of Standard System Accounts and/or Authorizations* b) no action when no Standard System Accounts and/or Authorizations are affected.

*Standard System Accounts and/or Authorizations must be assigned according to the Role Record described in chapter 6. Extraordinary Changes

Any Non-Standard System Accounts and or Authorizations must be approved by the department manager/director or general manager.

Emergency Changes In case of an emergency or time-sensitive matters, system account or authorization changes can be approved or removed and documented retrospectively. However, the emergency change request must be submitted through Zendesk by the HR manager/director, department manager/director, IT manager or general manager.

x Century’s Services Platform: cnty.com/services x Property’s respective IT support: (property code)[email protected]

Each Change request must include (but not limited to):
