Scheduling – Athletics • Any student wishing to try out for a sport should enroll in

the athletics class (exception = Tennis)• High school coaches work with VB and BB athletes

during the class period.• Athletes who are enrolled in the athletics class and are

not on the in-season team will participate in the off-season program (conditioning as well as preparing for the next sport).

• Students should choose athletics because they want to try out for a sport, not because they want a free workout program or to “stay active.”

• Tennis and PE are the other PE-credit scheduling options for 7th graders.

• 8th graders do not have to enroll in a PE credit class.
