In the first box, draw a clock. Start by drawing acircle that almost fills the box. Write 12 at the top, 6 opposite itat the bottom, 3 and then 9. Now fill in the remaining spaces with the missing numbers. Draw 7 o’clock on this clock using a short and a long hand. Draw three more clocks in the other boxes and pick one of the below challenge levels. mild chilli challenge: show 3, 9, 11 o’clock. medium chilli challenge: show4:30, 8:30 and 11:15. Mathematics Time In your home learning book, get an adult to help you divide your page into four squares using a ruler. Draw a circle in the first square. Using colour pencils, write the hours in red around the face of the clock (don’t forget to start with the 12, then 6, then 3 and 9 before adding everything else. Draw the hour hand in red and pointing half way between the 3 and the 4. Draw the minute hand in blue pointing to the 6. On the outsideof the clock face, write the minutes in blue starting from 5 (next to the 1), 10 (next to the 2) and so on. Lightly shade the clock face in yellow. In the next box on your page, write the time using words. It is three thirty or half-past three. In the third box, draw a rectangle. Write in the rectangle the digital time for 3:30. In the fourth box, draw a clock. Draw the hands on the clock to show what the time will be in thirty minutes.

Mathematics Time The day before: Write a list of what you do to get ready in the morning on a scrap piece of paper e.g. breakfast, getting dressed, brushing your teeth, combing your head, making your bed.

Look at your list, have a guess how many minutes each thing will take. Write your guess in blue next to each item.

On the day: Using a timer on your fitbit, a parents phone or ipad: time yourself doing each of these things.

Write the minutes for each item in read next to your guess. Add up all the minutes. Were you close to your estimate?

Personal Development and Health (PDH) Personal Hygiene Practices Time to brainstorm some ideas! Write or draw a mindmap in your workbook for positive personal hygiene practices and identify the consequences for choosing not to maintain good practices. For example:

- brushing and flossing teeth

- bathing/showering regularly

- changing and washing clothes regularly

- blowing nose with tissues - washing hands with soap

Use your mind map to design a poster to promote personal hygiene practices. Use pictures and words OR write a rap song to perform for your family.
