    On 01

her statement Watson advised Lewis was brought

    in

    to the court room

for his magistrate warning at which time she gave him paperwork to fill out to apply for a

Public Defender. When Watson told Lewis to sit down, he began to complain that

    he

    needed

to urinate. Watson told him that

    he

would have to wait. Lewis cussed Watson and exited the

    courtroom

    and

walked to the desk at zone

    one.

Watson saw Lewis rummaging through the

desk and called Captain Jones who responded with Sergeant Ivan Mendoza and spoke to

    Lewis.

lieutenant Guy Wheat stated that Capt. Jones told Lewis that he would be placed in

    lockdown after court for his

    actions.
