ANNOUNCEMENTS
The Ladies of Auxiliary are sponsoring the Baby Shower
Crib. Please bring any unwrapped packs of diapers (various sizes needed) and
clothing (no blankets) to fill the crib in the back of the Church (Narthex) on January 19th and 20th. These donations will be taken to the Pregnancy
Center in Onley.
Once again St. Peter's is sponsoring a bus to the Right to Life March in Washington D.C. this month.
Info is in the foyer. Please sign up for this important event. The cost of the bus charter
increased this year, and we are hoping that people who support the right to life movement will pray for the safety and success of our trip this year and contribute financially toward it. What you give will
spare our Parish any expense for the bus. Thank you in advance for all your support.
Important Reminder. . . Please maintain the
cleanliness and sacredness of our
church! Food and gum are not allowed in church.
Before you enter the church, please dispose of all gum and food in the garbage can at the front door.
A message from Father Roger to our visitors:
To my beloved visitors. As you can see, we have built our new church, however, expenses continue. We are happy to invite you to join us in completing the “House of God.” If you want to give a donation, we would really appreciate it. There is an envelope box at the back, and the side door, of the church. If you want to request a prayer, there is a space on the envelope to write names, or for your personal intentions.
Thank you!

2018 FINANCE REPORT to PARISHIONERS Your Finance Council is pleased to report that 2018 was successful for St. Peter the Apostle Church. Thank you for your generosity this past year in our regular first collections, which pay all of our regular operating expenses to include utilities, payroll, everything used for the altar, office supplies, insurance, as well as other expenses. The first collection has consistently met our budgeted income this past year! Again, we thank you for your continued generosity. Unfortunately, our expenses increased and have exceeded the budgeted amounts. While we are trying to manage our expenses more efficiently, your Finance Council and your Pastor are asking for a small weekly increase from each of our Parishioners. Just one or two dollars per week will help defray our increasing expenses. We would like to report that our building fund continues to exceed expectations. As you know we have a new million dollar church. Due to your generosity in donations, pledges, fundraising events by our various ministries, we were only left with a $ 350,000.00 mortgage. The first payment was made May of 2018 and with paying additional principal, our year end mortgage balance is $ 275,143.15. If this continues, we could have this paid off in less than five years! Again, the hard work from our various ministries, capital campaign and ofertorio de amor funds are all most appreciated and have been a blessing to our parish. We rely on the generosity of our Parishioners in supporting our needs. We ask for your continued prayers and support for our beautiful new larger church. Respectfully submitted, Finance Council
