    The Adult Choir and Children’s Choirs are beginning their choral season and we would like for you to be part of our musical families. All you need is to be open to the

    Lord’s invitation to serve the community, sharing your gifts and talents.

    One way you can serve in ministry in our faith com-munity is by becoming an active member. There are opportunities for people of all ages! When you be-come a member of the Music Ministry, you have the opportunity to:

    ♦ lead and enhance the Assembly in singing the hymns and acclamations with excite-ment and devotion,

    ♦ enhance the proclamation of sacred scrip-ture through the Responsorial Psalm,

    ♦ sing music of the church’s repertoire, past and present, that were composed for choirs of all ages,

    ♦ help to nourish and strengthen our commit-ment of faith,

    ♦ learn about the teachings of our Lord through music,

    ♦ meet new people and make new and lasting friends.

    The Liturgy becomes more exciting when you take an active part, sharing your God given talents as a singer or instrumentalist.

    Children’s Choir ministers at the 12 Noon Litur -gy at the interval of every 2 to 3 weeks. Rehearsals begin on Thursday, August 20th , from 6 -7:15 pm.

    Adult Choir ministers at the 10:00 am. Liturgy. Rehearsals begin on Thursday, August 20th, from 7:30 to 9:30 pm.
