Delegates' eligibility Incoming Local Presidents (LP) or candidates for the election of LP Proficiency in English as the whole program is held in English In JCI > 2 years. Willing to serve JCI > 3 years Preferred < 35 years old Strongly adviced to have graduated from JCI Impact and JCI Achieve

Each European JCI National Organization can nominate 3 candidates and prioritize reserves;

JCI National Organizations with more than 1.000 members cannominate 5 candidates.

The maximum number of delegates per National Organization is 8!

Step 1The applicant fills out the web application form, available NOW at the websitewww.jcisweden.se/jciea. The Academy will communicate April 11 as thedeadline for applications, it not requested otherwise from the NationalOrganization.

Step 2The nomination system opens March 11. Password and login will be sent tothe National Organization's official JCI e-mail address (e.g. [email protected])for review and to conduct Step 3.

Step 3The NP priorities the list of the applicants from their National Organization. Toguarantee the 3 (or 5) places for your National organization, this needs to bedone at latest on April 30.

Step 4Academy welcomes the accepted delegates (that fulfills criteria and nominee)and sends out the invoice. The first 10 days the delegates have a possibilityfor a special Early Bird price.

Step 5 The registration is completed when the payment is done.

FAQWho gets the invoice for registration? – The participant

Who does prioritizing? – NP (if not informed anotherperson e.g. Training officer)

What if the delegate hasn't graduated from JCI Impactand JCI Achieve? – We will organize those courses justbefore the EA begins

What if a nominated and selected delegate can notmake it and will cancel participation? – Deadline tocancel participation and invoice is 21 days afterconfirmation.
