Leadership DevelopmentJCI recognises that there are a number of skills that a member must obtain to “Be a “Better” and effective Leader in their community. What the following hand diagram and table represent are the 5 key leadership skills and corresponding programs and opportunities that are available in JCI and in the Local Chapters or Organisations (LOM).

Every member of JCI has the opportunity to develop these skills through attending training programs and active participation in the JCI programs and activities
