Dear Oyster Bay Resident:

As the holiday season fast approaches, the Town is once again preparing for the free Annual Holiday Concerts at the Tilles Center. This year, as in the past, there will be three evenings of wonderful holiday entertainment - Monday, December 8, Tuesday, December 9 and Wednesday, December 10 at 7:30 PM. A matinee performance has also been scheduled on Wednesday, December 10 at 2 PM.

Due to the overwhelming popularity of our Holiday Concerts, the Town will utilize the ticket distribution system. The method, which is based upon a lottery, ensures that everyone has an equal chance of securing a ticket. In order to enter the lottery, simply fill out the postcard below, tear it off and mail it. If selected, there is a limit of 2 tickets per household. The postcards may also be placed in the dropoff boxes at the following locations:

Once received, your name will be placed into the lottery. If selected, you will receive tickets for either your first, second, third or fourth choice of performance, depending upon availability. After all tickets have been designated, a standby list will be established which will be utilized on the date of the performance at the box office.

All ticket winners will receive their tickets in the mail by Friday, November 21, 2014.
