Thought for today: From Exploring Sunday Readings
“Togetherness comes easily for some of us, and it’s harder for those who are more naturally loners. Yet, the ideal of Church is only attainable in community. We have to come together, know each other, celebrate and suffer as one, take responsibility for our sisters and brothers. When we do these things, we too will see the Lord. If we insist on going it alone, our faith may more and more resemble our own reflection.”
