"The counter intelli- gence (CI) wing of Jammu and Kashmir Police arrest- ed Ashiq Khan from his house here last evening after a police team found uploading of 'provocative material' on social media sites including Facebook and Whatsapp by him. We are also trying to ascertain whether he has links with any terror outfit across the border," a police officer said here today. However, family mem- bers of Khan claimed that he was innocent and had noth- ing to with Pakistan or any other militant outfit. "My son is the sole bread winner of the family, and has three minor children. He works as a cook in a hotel and manages out livelihood. He is innocent and has no connection with Pakistan or any militant outfit," Khan's mother Saleema Begum said. PTI 2 children hurt in explosion Jammu, Feb 26: Two children were seriously injured when an explosive device they were playing with went off in Poonch district this evening, police said. Tahir (11) and Wasim (8) were playing with some explosive device in Azmabad village when it suddenly went off, a police officer said. It was immediately not clear which type of explosive device it was and how the children got hold of it. The children were taken to the district hospital in a critical condition, he said.
