TRI THE POSSIBLESALEM SPRINT TRIATHLONSun•June2•8am

When many people think of triathlons—events that combine swimming, bicycling, and running—they imagine Ironman contests of strength and endurance that are only possible for super buff, mega athletes. At the Y, we believe that everyone should have a chance to TRI, that’s why we started the Salem Sprint Triathlon.

Our Sprint Tri is about a quarter of the size of a full-size Tri and is rewarding to both novices and seasoned athletes. We even offer training at the Kirk Family YMCA to help you prepare--making the Salem Sprint Tri a very possible dream.

Join us to train and to compete. Learn more at ymcaroanoke.org/salemsprinttri.
