Fuji installs the same powerful 3-‐stage turbine motor as used in the Super 3 and Q3 Models. The Mini-‐Mite 3 (MM3) does not have the patented noise-‐reducYon feature as seen on the Fuji Super and Q-‐Series, however the noise level is no more than any other standard HVLP turbine. Honda Limited Warranty (hlp://hondampe.com.au/repository/owning_a_honda/limited_warranty/limited_warranty.aspx) In order to take advantage of the HONDA limited warranty, you must have maintenance performed according to the schedule (contained in the relevant owners manual supplied with this product), by an authorised HONDA dealer. HONDA will recognise your statutory rights and remedies under the Trade PracYces Act 1974 and other applicable State and Territory legislaYon. You are free to have your HONDA product serviced by any suitably qualified mechanic and this will not affect your statutory warranYes, however, failure by the owner to have the recommended servicing carried out by an authorised HONDA dealer means that you cannot take advantage of the Honda limited warranty. In order to ensure your safety, we strongly recommend that you only use an authorised HONDA dealer for servicing. Only authorised HONDA Dealers have access to all of the special tools and training required to maintain your HONDA product in peak operaYng condiYon. HONDA warrants each new HONDA Motorcycle, All Terrain Vehicle, Power Product and Marine Engine to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal domesYc* use and service for the period specified below, condiYonal to the limitaYons and exclusions printed on this page. This warranty applies only to new HONDA products distributed in Australia by *HONDA MPE. The owner must keep a record of all services and maintenance; proof of service history may be required. This Sales RegistraYon Form must accompany the HONDA product when warrantable repairs are requested. If this Sales RegistraYon Form is lost or destroyed, proof of purchase documentaYon clearly recognising the engine or unit serial number shall be accepted for warranty purposes. Where neither is available and HONDA does not have any record of the purchaser details the warranty period shall be calculated from the wholesale date of the unit. Any authorised HONDA motorcycle, marine or power product franchise/dealer will repair or replace any part which proves defecYve within the limits of this warranty at no charge to the owner for replacement parts and labour. Consumables such as, but not limited to, oils, coolants, filters and spark plugs shall be the responsibility of the owner. All defecYve parts replaced under this warranty become the property of HONDA. TransportaYon cost for the product either to or from the authorised HONDA franchise/dealer is the responsibility of the owner. In some cases where HONDA engines are fijed to OEM equipment (Other Manufacturers), the HONDA power equipment franchise/dealer may be unfamiliar with the OEM machinery involved. In such cases it is advised that the HONDA engine be removed from the equipment before delivery to the authorised HONDA power equipment dealer. This warranty will not apply to: Any part that has been subject to misuse, negligence, accidental damage, improper or inadequate maintenance, or improper storage. Repair rendered necessary or arising from the use of other than genuine HONDA parts. Normal maintenance items including but no limited to adjustment and cleaning of carburejor, fuel strainer, oil & air filter, cables, brake components, intake valves, exhaust valves, clutches and serviceable bearings. Normal replacements of service items including but not limited to spark plugs, air & oil filters, cuqng blades, tyres, brake pads, brake shoes, lightbulbs, fuses, clutch components and serviceable bearings. DeterioraYon of any item due to normal use, fair wear and exposure unless due to a defect in material or workmanship. Any work or adjustment performed by persons other than authorised HONDA franchise/dealers or damage resulYng therefrom. Any damage that results from operaYng methods other than those indicated in the owner's manual, or use beyond the limitaYons or specificaYons as published by HONDA. HONDA engines or vehicles used for racing or compeYYon. HONDA products modified from original HONDA specificaYons or fijed with a sports kit will void warranty. (ModificaYons include but are not limited to, sprocket size, gear raYos, electrical loads, carburaYon, and intake and exhaust system changes.) Limitadons And Exclusions Tyres are warranted against defects in material and workmanship on a pro rata basis computed from the remaining original tread depth and according to the manufacturer's adjustment price schedule currently in use at the Yme of adjustment. Motorcycle Bajeries will be replaced on a pro rata basis computed from the remaining warranted period of the HONDA motorcycle to which this warranty pertains. Bajeries supplied by HONDA as original equipment on Power Equipment Products are warranted for a period of 12 months domesYc use and 6 months commercial use. Excluding GC Series, HONDA general-‐purpose engines installed in go-‐cart vehicles are covered by this warranty for a period of 3 months from the original date of purchase. GC Series engines installed in go-‐cart vehicles are void of warranty. Excluding GC Series, HONDA general-‐purpose engines installed in commercial lawn mowers for commercial use are covered by this warranty for a period of 36 months from the original date of purchase. GC Series engines in this category are warranted for a period of 90 days from the original date of purchase. IMPORTED ENGINES. HONDA staYonary engines fijed to other manufacturer's equipment outside Australia and imported as a component part of the equipment shall be covered for a period of 36 months barring exclusions listed elsewhere in this document. The warranted period will be governed by the exclusions therein. HONDA stocks parts only for those engine models that it imports and distributes. There may therefore be a delay in obtaining parts for other engine models not distributed by HONDA. A copy of the HONDA InternaYonal Warranty Agreement is available . * DomesYc Use: Personal, residenYal or household use only. # Commercial Use: All uses other than domesYc use, including use for income producing or rental purposes. Any Item not Specifically listed as a part number in the current catalogue is consider a ”Special build/Part”. Special builds or Parts are not eligible for return or deferment of delivery and may require an upfront deposit. All special builds/ Orders require a Purchase Order Number.

Payment:

Shipping:

Any invoice over $250 will not be charged freight. Customers must specify the intended freight . Example via Couriers Please, TNT, Air Bag ect. We Strongly recommend you undertake transit insurance for all Machine shipments. Spraychief will not warrant any goods damaged in Transit.

Return of Goods:

Goods Eligible for return must be pre-‐approved, in wriYng by Spraychief. Faulty Parts must be sent to Spraychief and assessed for warrantees.

Warranty:

The Trade PracYces Act supersedes all warranty condiYons detailed below. All products are warranted to be free from faulty materials and workmanship. This excludes fair wear and tear, improper installaYon or applicaYon, failure to carry out scheduled and reasonable maintenance or improper applicaYon. Spraychief warrant all new units for 12 months. Honda and Briggs and Strajon motors are covered by a 3 year warranty, but all service history must be followed Otherwise voiding warranty please refer to Warranty Statements in Catalogue. Spraychief make no representaYon about the suitability of a product for a specific applicaYon. Our RepresentaYons relate solely to the operaYng performances of the product (in isolaYon to the applicaYon).
