ABOUT ST. THOMAS SCHOOL
St. Thomas School (STS) is a private, non-sectarian school, featuring a highly regarded preschool, elementary, and middle school curriculum that prepares students to excel at future endeavors while honoring the school's long-standing core values.
Since 1951, STS has grown from a small neighborhood school, starting with just 17 students, to a nationally recognized Preschool through Eighth Grade. Located in Medina, STS educates over 340 students from all around King County.

WHY BECOME A SPONSOR? Sponsoring Studio 54, our 2019 Auction fundraiser, is a great way for you to support St. Thomas School and its long-standing role in the community. It is also an excellent way to bring visibility to your new or existing business. Our Auction fundraising will include a live auction and Raise-the-Paddle on the evening of Saturday, March 16, 2019 at The Westin - Bellevue as well as an online auction prior to the event.
Sponsors are recognized in various ways, prior to the event, during the event and following the event. All Sponsors will be recognized on the St. Thomas School Auction webpage, in the event newsletter sent to approximately 265 STS families, in our 2018-19 Annual Report mailed to our donors, and in the event catalog.
Sponsorships are available at the Gold, Silver, Bronze and Supporter levels.

AD SPECS HOW DO I BECOME A SPONSOR?
• Call the Development Office at 425-454-5880, or send an email to [email protected] to discuss your sponsorship.
• Fill out the enclosed Sponsorship form and mail with your payment to St. Thomas School, 8300 NE 12th Street, Medina, WA 98039.
• Submit your contact information and payment on our online giving page (stthomasschool.org/onlinegiving). Be sure to select Auction in the Fund Name drop down menu. We’ll be in touch soon to discuss the details about your sponsorship.
Sponsors at the Gold, Silver and Bronze levels may submit an ad for inclusion in our Auction catalog. Please submit your ad by Friday, February 8, 2019 to Barbara Anderson at [email protected].

Event sponsors offset the costs associated with our event, so that more of the dollars raised go directly to the school. Individuals and companies are encouraged to participate. All sponsors will be recognized on the St. Thomas School Studio 54 webpage, in the event newsletter sent to approximately 265 STS families, in our 2018-19 Annual Report mailed to our donors, and in the event program.
