features:Non-verbal signs: describes the process of communication through sending and receiving wordless messages e.g. through gesture, body language or posture, facial expression and eye contact or even object communication such as clothing, hairstyles, etc...Paralinguistic features: related to body language – it is the use of gestures, facial expressions + other non-verbal elements [such as laughter] to add meaning to the speakers message beyond the words being spoken.
