Being a Christian is more than believing…it includes belonging!

Now, therefore, you are no longer strangers and

foreigners, but fellow citizens with the saints

and members of the household of GodEphesians

How will a church and/or spiritual family help me?

1. A church family will help

me FOCUS ON GOD

Jesus said to him, “‘You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and

with all your mind.’ This is the first and great

commandment.

Matthew 22:37-38

FACE MY PROBLEMS so I’m not alone

Who died for us, that whether we wake or

sleep, we should live together

with Him. Therefore comfort each other and

edify one another, just as

you also are doing.

GROW IN MY FAITH

Therefore, leaving the discussion of the

elementary principles of Christ, let us go on to perfection, not laying

again the foundation of repentance from dead

works and of faith toward God

DISCOVER MEANING through helping

others

For we are His workmanship, created in

Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand that we should walk in them.

same Lord…Now you are the body of Christ, and members individually.1 Corinthians

TELL MY FRIENDS about God’s way

ministry which I received from the Lord Jesus, to testify to the gospel of

How do I get

the most from a spiritual family?
