Specifications for your presentation - Tutorial

The total time allowed for tutorial is 1 - 3 hours. The presentation time should not be less than 60minutes. Please introduce yourself briefly, give a brief introduction and highlight the main findings of

your paper. Please structure your presentation as follows:

o Around 1 minute for your introduction. On the first slide after the title slide, please introduceyourself briefly. The slide must include your name, company / institute, position, portraitpicture

o More that 60 minutes for the presentation

The official language during the entire conference is English. Please prepare your slides and

presentation in English

Presentation format preferably: 16/9

The speaker does not have to film himself (optional). The focus must be on the PowerPoint

presentation slides with audio recording of your spoken word

We kindly ask all speakers to use our provided template with the official PCIM Asia hybrid platfromlogo for the title slide. The template is included in the mailing

Insert your name in the footer of your presentation

Number your slides

Do not overuse animation

Have well-structured slides with bullet points and letters in an appropriate size, instead of too much

text. Additionally, charts and pictures make your presentation more interesting.

Use good slide design

(Consistent font throughout the presentation / different font sizes for main and secondary points / no

more than three sizes and colours of fonts per presentation / limited use of capitals)

The final paper and presentation should match

Speak clearly and at a reasonable speed
