    Suspended Access Systems provide

l Quick, safe access to areas that are

    not easily accessible using conventional

scaffolding, scissors lifts or other types

    of access.

l A method for use in the installation

    of panels and windows.

    l Access for inspection, cleaning,

    painting, mosaics, concrete repairs

    and similar applications.

l A productive, safe and ergonomic

access system for working with a

minimum of risk and reduction in

    worker fatigue. Suspended access

    is frequently used in construction,

    refurbishment, maritime

    and industrial applications.

    l Significant savings on programme

and cost due to speed of installation

    and dismantling.

l A modular design that allows for many

    configurations to suit varying profiles

and shapes. The equipment can easily

    be handled and constructed in

    confined places, such as inside

industrial vessels, ships and lift shafts.

l Access without the need for ties and

    consequential remedial works to the

    building façade.

l It is also possible to move the cradle

to the next position without the

    platform being lowered to ground

    level where necessary.

  • Facades and High Rise Buildings

Cradle access can be quickly and

    efficiently installed and moved from

position to position in a matter of hours.

Ties to the structure are not required so

    integral systems can be installed

    effectively without any remedial work

    when the cradle is removed.

Two tier systems are frequently provided

giving access to different levels at the

    same time.

    Independent mono-rail systems

    Using independent mono–rail systems in

    conjunction with cradles means large,

    heavy panels can be installed.

    Bespoke guidance and protective systems

can be used to stabilise and control the

panels into position, even in adverse

    weather conditions.

    Industrial

    Specialised mobile systems can be

    developed giving access to many

    Industrial structures, vessels and pipe

racks to carry out inspections and

    remedial work.

The modular nature of the system allows

it to be easily transported through small

    hatches and narrow passage ways.

Access can be provided quickly and

efficiently to both the inside and outside

of chimneys, storage tanks and many

    other structures.

    Suspended access has been successfully

used in wind turbine maintenance, the

    petro-chemical and gas industries, on

nuclear sites and oil rig installations.

    Maritime

    Suspended Access Systems have been

successfully used in the holds of ships,

    with modular design allowing the

equipment to be quickly and easily

    transferred from hold to hold.

We have carried out projects where

cradles have been pre installed to the

sides of a ships hull from the dock side

prior to the ship entering dry dock,

    enabling work to commence immediately

once the ship has entered dry dock.

  • Bridges

Mobile gantry systems can be developed

to give quick, efficient and stable access

to the underside of bridges and columns

    for inspection and repair.

The modular nature of equipment allows

extra wide platforms to be constructed.

    Full engineering and process

management is available to support all

    our projects.

    Specialised Systems

    Specialised Systems can be designed,

manufactured and installed to suit many

    requirements typically to areas of

    restricted access, unusually shaped

chimneys, shafts and the inside of vessels.

    Full engineering and process

management is available to support all

    projects.
