BUILDING MAINTENANCE UNIT (BMU)BMUs are intended to be permanently installed and dedicated to a specific building or structure to be used by opera-tors for inspection, Window cleaning and routine maintenance of a building. BMUs consist of a platform, suspended from a suspension rig which is generally a roof trolley operating either on rails or on a suitable concrete surface, monorails with traversing trolleys or davits.
