With all these TV shows and magazines showing stars flossing flawless bodies it’s hard not to look down and wonder what happened to you. Thou shall not despair! Here are a few pointers for all on moving closer to those washboard abs:

Sorry, it sucks but if you want a flatter tummy you have to breakup with soft drinks, sugary snacks, tons of yam, rice and kenkey AND eating late! No meals after 7pm and reach for a fresh coconut or water with lemon slices if you want a refreshing drink. Try 5 smaller meals a day versus 3 heavy ones, including lots of vegetables and fruit.

If you are always driving and never get to walk much, you have a problem.Walk down the street to buy your own calling credit instead of sending someone. Meet a friend for a swim instead of a drink this Saturday. Jog/speed walk/run about 200m at least 3x a week in your neighbourhood. Break a sweat and get your heartbeat up and see the magic.

There’s s really nothing like getting sweet abs from doing only core exercise. Your workout routine must include cardio, but do work in sets of sit-ups, crunches, leg lifts and planks to work your abdominals and tighten them. Create a routine and stick with it. No gym needed.
