Usage vs Gain in Test Scores
Impact: Students with higher usage of Mindspark demonstrated strong increases in test scores.
• Aim: Test if student learning outcomes have improved by using Mindspark, and if yes, what was the size of the impact compared to other instructional tools.
• Data Set: 239 schools covering 23152 students
• Inference: Mindspark has a significantly higher impact than other learning tools.
Note: These gains are statistically significant, and large relative to evaluations of similar interventions and to other schools in this evaluation.
