The heated outdoor pool of 70 m², high up on our roof terrace, offers enough room for
swimming. Unless, of course, you are so impressed by the mountain view that you prefer
to rest on one of the cosy daybeds or lounge chairs and enjoy the sunny side of life.
A Finnish sauna (90° C / 194° F), Bio sauna (65° C / 149° F), steam bath, salt peeling,
infrared cabins – at Werdenfelserei everything you need comes together.
Staying true to our concept, our treatments are based on nature.
The product line „Vitalis Dr. Joseph“ reinvigorates the body with the power of South
Tyrolean mountain herbs. „Pharmos Natur“ is letting you enjoy the healing qualities
of the aloe vera plant with facial treatments. In the products of „alpienne“ the
power of local mountain herbs is at work. All three natural cosmetic lines match

Please note that our hotel is not a family hotel. Therefore we can not offer animation or infrastructure designed for children.

Even if you‘re not staying overnight, you can still enjoy a day of pampering in our
SPA area. A Finnish sauna (90° C / 194° F), a Bio sauna (65° C / 149° F), a steam
bath and two infrared loungers are waiting for you. Don’t forget to pack swim-
wear for our great heated pool high up on the roof terrace.
The best part? The incredible mountain view. Whether you’re sunbathing
on the roofterrace, swimming in the pool or lounging in our relaxation room –
the Zugspitze keeps being at center stage.
For the duration of your stay we provide you with a bag, comfy bathrobe, towels
and slippers as well as healthy snacks, tea and natural mountain water revived
according to the Johann Grander method.

Nordic walking is an especially healthy longterm

metabolism. The swinging of the poles strengthens
your arms, shoulders and back. It is a very effective
and at the same time joints friendly activity. It not
only makes you healthier, but also is a lot of fun.
Fitness – Activity – Nature
Instead of staying inside, we recommend taking advantage of the beauty of nature,
hiking, cycling, practicing yoga, simply being active and enjoying life. Here you can join
people with similar interests, explore the mountains with a fitness trainer or alone.

TRX Suspension training is a highly effective full
body training with body weight as the main training
tool. Small muscles located near joints will be
activated by permanent moving of the belt.
The „instability“ results in a significantly better

This figure training focuses on thighs, buttocks,
abdomen and waist. It’s an intense full body workout
with your own body weight.
STRETCH & RELAX

This training improves the mobility and flexibility
of your body through targeted stretching.
Various breathing exercises help with stress
reduction.
STRENGTHENING
approx. 60 minutes
This is a simple but very effective and intense
full-body workout. The goal of the course is muscle
building and figure tightening. We mainly train with
our own body weight.
FASCIA TRAINING

Did you know that the fasciae, the connective tissue,
have significantly more pain receptors than muscles?
Matted fascia complicates and prevents the blood
circulation and supply of surrounding tissue.
The increased flexibility and mobility have a positive
effect on the quality of life.
YOGA

Our yoga classes are designed for beginners as
well as advanced yoga practitioners. The yoga hours
consist of coordinated motions in different body
positions, with breathing excercises and
relaxation excercises or guided meditation in the end.
The focus of afternoon and evening yoga hours is
regenerating energy balance and conscious tranquillity.
Morning excercises are designed for activating your
body and accumulating energy. Your life situation and
physical shape don’t matter. A vital part of our yoga
classes is breathing, as the connection between
body and spirit.

OUR FITNESS ROOM
Of course we also have a fitness room, which is small but nice. Here you won‘t find a treadmill,
home trainer, weights or other equipment – here you train your muscles using your own body weight.
Once again this is a natural approach, fitting the concept of Werdenfelserei.
