This report is a part of Project feasibility study and making for people who interest and needsto do this business about car care & auto service may be student and other. This report has a
lot of useful information for run this business completely such as management, human
resource, financial statement, etc. That will be a benefit for people who are interesting to do
auto service or car care. Also this report can be a guideline for researching, may be for
studying that it would be. We really hope that our report can be a useful for everyone.

Executive Summary
Spa Car Care is a business about maintaining and auto part full system. We offer
maintenance service for cars in the car wash, automobile coatings, dry carpet and upholstery,changing battery and oil filter, changing tire and wheel, and accessories service. We always
give general information and suggestion of the product together with customers. About fee,
its equal to the market price plus the value of customers convenience.Based on passenger
cars were registered less than 7 collect until the year 2553, its totaled 970,127 units in
Chiang mai. However, every car must be maintenance, clean and modify parts to make it
available. So, that all of factors can make car care business continues to grow steadily.
Our main target markets are Toyota, Nissan and Honda cars. We usually focus on these three
brands car. The secondary market is another brand and these groups can access the service or
the selection of car care products.All our employees must go through training programs that
will happen semi-annually which are difficult and complex than any other company. Ensure
that they can keep on standard of the service every time.Spa Car Care has investment around
15 million baths and can be profitable since the end of the first year. Average annual earning
about 6 million baths and expected to pay back capital within 5 years.

Background
In the past. The number of cars in the country has increased steadily. Although, the
country was more experiencing economic crisis . The total number of cars in the country
increased from 1,660,934 units ,in the 2530 and increased 6,648,978 units in the 2543. Or
increase of 23.1 percent per year. It also has increased steadily as the economic recovery is
likely higher priced cars. As a new technology that enables higher performance cars. The
automotive market is a huge amount of money. Whether old or new cars, all require total
care. And beauty care such as washing, polishing and vacuum coating and maintenance to the
car to its full potential and long-lasting, such as changing oil and filling. The new car is the
oil filter every increasing need for more services. When the car is down. Likely to own cars.Car into the center of the brand (repair shop), but would be less likely to use the repair shop
generally more than.Home care services have caused the car (Car Care) has grown tremendously with the
car maintenance business providing a range of services. And there are a number of service
providers. At a gas station. Or carriers such as Cockpit and B-Quik is a provider of services,
each with a different focus. The focus on the oil change. Or do the washing. Clean car. Car
Care Services is currently expanding rapidly as the increase in the amount of cars.The "Spa
Car Care", a program that provides care services to the car and kept clean. Such as car

1. Have a mature full technical support, our development costs, so increasing the profit margi
ns.
2. Because the cost is not high so much lower pricing advantage, price became the largest co
mpetitive weapon.
3. On the management side, has a comprehensive new technology can reduce the human and
financial resources, increased use of space.
4. Because in Thailand, the overall maintenance of the car industry, systemic saturation level

Today, the car has increased every year, making the business of providing
services related to cars. Growth as well. To meet the increased volume of cars
each year. And from the fact that Thailand has a variety of weather hot sun and
rain and dust. The car was very dirty. The car owner will not have time to keep
clean because they have to work almost every day. The cleaning takes some
time. If you do not clean cars will be destroyed as soon as the car is not running
again. It also signifies that the personality of the owner's car or not. Thus the full
range of car cleaning business to meet the needs of car owners.

in serving point but, nobody offer delivery service.
Technology
Developing of service technology is not much because, less of equipments and skills.
However, bring new technologies into a market may be popular but, not even scratched
surface of the service.
-Automatic car wash machine. The car wash car cleaning service can be provided
automatically within 5 to 10 minutes, the price of such machines is between 2 to 3 million

Changing engine oil and filter service
Vehicle preventive maintenance service has been divided into 2 groups.
- First group is customers who have vehicles within the car insurance service center
under engine quality warranty. There are also some consumers groups believe that
service center can provide a better quality therefore changing engine oil at car care.
- Second group is customers who use out of phase insurance car. Usually, take the car
to change oil from car care and gas station will use 20-30 minutes. In addition, some
customers realize the important of oil quality and in holiday, service center will have
more customers that a lot of client will waiting a service by leave the car with service
center.
Changing battery service
Usually, customer always to change battery when found the problem such as difficult
to stated. Customers always change battery at other service centers and changing process use
a time about 15 minutes from present, battery was designed for working immediacy by
without charge.
3.Who customer need for Safety
Changing tire and wheel balancing service
Most customer in Bangkok usually change tire on average 2 years depending on
usage. However, tires are expensive. So, each changing tire has a relative high costs.
The most customers prefer the tire shop which has a reasonable prices and the tire was
change to the new conditions (To keep tire for a long time may effect to the quality of
tire). The duration of changing tire often operate within 30 minutes to 1 hour because
of wheel balancing and include the process of removing the tir
