Cancellations Your spa appointments with SpaBlack are reserved exclusively for you. A 24-hour cancellation notice is required for single spa services or a $25 dollar cancellation fee will apply. Please arrive at least 20 minutes prior to your first service so that you can complete your new client paperwork prior to your service.

Product Purchase & ReturnsOur skincare product lines are key elements in maintaining the experience at home. Trial sizes are available at the first consultation to ensure against allergic reactions. For your convenience, we also gladly accept orders by phone. We are sorry, but due to sanitary conditions, we are unable to accept returns or refunds on opened retail items. Thank you for your understanding.

Cell Phones And PagersIn order to maintain our peaceful atmosphere, we request that you turn your cell phone and/or pager off when visiting the spa.

Valuables Please leave your valuables at home. Many of our treatments require removal of jewelry. We regret that we cannot be responsible for loss or damage to personal articles including clothing and accessories.

ChildrenDue to the serene environment and safety issues we ask that you do not bring any children under the age of 16. Please call ahead if you need to make special arrangements

Should I Shave Prior To My Spa Service?We ask that you shave 48 hours before your Laser Hair Removal Treatments.

Chemical Peels Please make sure to discontinue the use of any prescription grade topical(hydroquinone/ Retin A) 72 hours prior to any facial/peel/microdermabrasion treatment.

Gratuities Gratuities are not included in any of our pricing. However gratuities are greatly appreciated for exceptional service.
