NOTICE OF RETURN OF TRANSFERS
Alysson L. Mills, in her capacity as the court-appointed receiver (the “Receiver”) for
Arthur Lamar Adams and Madison Timber Properties, LLC, through undersigned counsel, hereby
provides notice to the Court of a Mutual Release executed by the Receiver and Rick Hughes
Evangelistic Ministries, Inc. in exchange for the return of the full amount of contributions made to
Rick Hughes Evangelistic Ministries, Inc. by Lamar Adams and Wayne Kelly [Exhibit A].

Rick Hughes Evangelistic Ministries, Inc. received cash contributions from Lamar Adams
and Wayne Kelly in the amount of $43,657.95.

Rick Hughes Evangelistic Ministries, Inc. has returned to the Receivership Estate all cash
contributions it received from Lamar Adams and Wayne Kelly.

The Receiver’s execution of the Mutual Release is not a settlement, but an
acknowledgment that Rick Hughes Evangelistic Ministries, Inc. has repaid the full amount
requested. Because Rick Hughes Evangelistic Ministries, Inc. returned to the Receivership Estate
all cash contributions that the Receiver believes were made to it by Lamar Adams and Wayne
Kelly, the Court’s approval is not needed.

Rick Hughes Evangelistic Ministries, Inc. specially requested that the Receiver file the
Mutual Release in the Court’s record, and this notice, which attaches the Mutual Release, serves
that purpose.
