Non-Emergency SituationsFor any non-emergencies, please direct all your enquiries to your Property Manager during normal office hours.
Our office hours are Monday to Friday from 8.30am to 5pm.
Examples of non-emergencies are:
Rent and lease enquiries A blocked toilet, provided you have another one at the property Appliances not working general repairs and maintenance swimming pool faults Reticulation issues Leaking taps Pest Control
Pest TreatmentInfestations of insects or vermin are generally the responsibility of the tenant. We recommend the tenant purchase treatments such as bombs and/or baits. The owner is generally responsible for the removal of wasps, beehives and white ants.
Lost KeysIn the unfortunate event that you lose your keys or lock yourself out, it is not the responsibility of the owner/agent to provide you with a replacement key. It is your responsibility to engage a locksmith or to call our office during business hours to discuss.
Please note: Should you arrange maintenance repairs to the property without permission you are liable for the full cost, not the owner or agent.
