Dear Parents and Carers Firstly, thank you to all the parents and staff who contributed to our summer fete last week, by providing support on the day, or helping with the preparations, and to those who came along to the event on the day. The event was a great success, and we raised £900. This money will go towards our fundraising for replacing the Key Stage 2 climbing equipment. Some photographs from the fete can be found on the back page. The next upcoming event in our school calendar will be Sports Day on Friday 14 th July, and also the Year 6 BBQ after school on the same day. We then have the Dance Extravaganza on Thursday 20 th July, and then finally the whole school church service on Friday 21 st July which is also the last day of the summer term, as Monday 24 th and Tuesday 25 th July are INSET days and the school will be closed to pupils on these days.
