Ed Petrie and Fred Butti of Sotheby’s International Realty - East Hampton Brokerage in East Hampton, New York, recently listed and sold a newly-assembled oceanfront compound on famed Lily Pond Lane for a combined $93.9 million. Combined, the three properties com-prise a total of 6.2 acres with direct frontage on the Atlantic ocean. The sale was the highest brokered transaction in Long Island, New York’s popular resort community of the Hamptons in 2014.

Alan Man, director and head of sales division for Hong Kong Sotheby’s International Realty sold a luxurious free-standing detached house in a prestigious area surrounded by rolling hills and overlooking the city for $58,025,209 (USD), 450,000,000 (HKD). The home has a well-appointed contemporary interior and amazing outdoor space on the rooftop terrace. It also has a huge private garden that attached with a swimming pool. This spacious, light-filled home features high ceilings to accentuate the elegant overall design. The house is also refurbished in white marble walls and flooring throughout, with every level in the home constructed with a separated open staircase and a private elevator with access to every level. Premier Sotheby’s International Realty sold this Marco Island property for $7.5 million

Cathy Rogers of Premier Sotheby’s International Realty in Marco Island, Florida, sold the highest priced residential sale on Marco Island in seven years, according to the Marco MLS. The 19,800 square foot property sold for $7.5 million and overlooks the Gulf of Mexico. There is an Olympic-sized pool, 10-seat movie theatre, five bedroom suites, two master suites and expansive lanai.

LIV Sotheby’s International Realty in Colorado is representing the Colorado Golf Club, a residential community of approximately 170 homes and home sites in Parker, Colo., and has recorded 15 sales totaling nearly $12 million in 2014, according to Mimi Sturtevant, the firm’s on-site real estate broker. LIV Sotheby’s International Realty represents both Betts Lake homes and the custom home sites at Colorado Golf Club. The Colorado Golf Club commu-nity offers homebuyers two unique homeownership opportunities. Betts Lake Homes, which features lakefront home sites with four floor plans designed by award-winning TKP Architects, are built by Masterpiece Homes. Prices start at $895,000, but are expected to increase in early 2015, according to Mimi.
