1. It is necessary to pass (get minimum 33%) both in theory and practical/internal assessments separately

for promotion.

2. The annual Exam for class XII will be held in the month of December which will have common question

paper for all CBSE affiliated HGS and Pre-board exam will be held in the month of January. Students who

fail in these two exams or having less than 75% attendance or are fee defaulters will not be issued admit

card as per board rules.

3. Question paper pattern and Chapter-wise marks weightage will be as per CBSE blue print given in the Sr.

Secondary Curriculum 2019-20 available in Board's website.
