Physical Education Homework Log Sophomore 2 nd Binder Check 8 workouts 1. 09-21-13 – I went jogging today for 30 minutes. I jogged non-stop the entire trip and my distance was roughly a little over 3 miles. My intensity was pretty high as my heart was very elevated at the end of the trip and I was breathing very very heavily and sweating. A lot. 2. 09-22-13 – I started by doing some push up and planks. I did 16 pushups before I couldn’t do anymore. I then planked for 1 minute straight. After this I went jogging to a nearby library. I jogged approximately 2.3 miles for the round trip which took me about 22 minutes. I did not walk at all during my jog and I kept a consistent pace. I only stopped maybe for about 10 minutes to check out a few books for my Roman Research Project. 3. 09-26-13 – I went to the UHS fitness room and used all the machines 2 minutes each, rotating every 1 minute. I started with the leg push wall thing and worked my way counter clockwise. I spent in total about 28 minutes. My heart rate was only slightly elevated by the end of the workout but I made sure everything I did was at a difficult weight setting and tried my best to do as much as I can however I may have rested for a few seconds in each round. 4. 09-29-13 – I went jogging around my neighborhood which is 2.3 miles and it took me approximately 20 minutes to do so. 7. 10-12-13 –I went jogging with my dad today. Since he could not keep up we maybe only jogged and walked in a combination for about 30 minutes. I don’t remember the exact time of when we jogged and walked because it switched between the two but whatever it was I tried my best to keep a good pace and when we walked I took long fast strides.

9. 10-19-13- I spent around around 15 minutes doing exercises. I spent 1 minute doing jumping jacks, 1 minute doing uba jacks. Then spent the rest either doing sit ups, push ups, and 1 minute planks and alternated between the three. I did around 15 push ups every time I did them.

10. 10-20-13 – I went jogging down to the library to drop off some books. It took me around 15 minutes to jog to the library that is 1.6 miles away. I jogged at a steady pace but stopped and walked when having to cross traffic and pressing the cross street buttons. I jogged back at a slightly faster pace I think.

11. 10-24-13 - I went to the UHS fitness room and used all the machines 2 minutes each, rotating every 1 minute. I started with the leg push wall thing and worked my way counter clockwise. I spent in total about 28 minutes. My heart rate was only slightly elevated by the end of the workout but I made sure everything I did was at a difficult weight setting and tried my best to do as much as I can however I may have rested for a few seconds in each round.

12. 10-26-13 – I went to the Harvest Dance and danced for roughly 2 1/2 hours in total. Although I did stop sometimes. My heart rate was only slightly elevated but I did jump and move around a lot and by the end of the event I worked up a slight sweat.
