Thermalbond® V2100 and V2200 Series The standard for over 35 years
• Spacer tape compatible with structural silicones for long term reliability
• Open cell foam structure allows air and moisture to reach silicone for optimum curing
• Adhesive two sides secures glass during assembly and curing
• Sold with our world recognized Norton/Thermalbond branded liner
• Low thermal conductivity deters heat transfer – reduces the U-Value within glazing assemblies
• Wide range of thicknesses, 3.2 – 12.7mm (1/8” – 1/2”) and width cut to order for any design configuration
Thermalbond® Grey For use with grey and light colored silicones
• Available in the trusted V2100 and V2200 product series
• Brings all the same benefits as standard Thermalbond, plus …
• Aesthetically pleasing grey color for the increasing trend of light colored facades
• Light grey foam core with UV stable grey pigmented adhesive coatings
Thermalbond Xpress™ Adhesive One Side Configuration
• Standard Thermalbond grade adhesive on one side insuring an aggressive bond to aluminum profiles
• Low friction coating eliminates trapped air pockets and makes alignment of the glass simple and easy
• Same foam core formulation as current V2100 and V2200 products for assured reliability. Compatible with all major structural silicone sealants
• No liner to remove and dispose – facilitates assembly operations
• Adhesive surface bonds with a touch, no need for costly and custom designed aluminum channel raceways
• Can be located anywhere on the aluminum profile, simplify and reduce your aluminum profile inventory
• Eliminates the stretching common with extruded gaskets that requires relaxing time and wasted material
