In 1948 we began with the production of high quality wire baskets. Half a century later our company has become one of the specialists in the field of innovative metal processing – with an international reputation.

A great many national and international patents and registered designs (intellectual property rights) are the result of many years of research and development.

The systems we have developed are used in the areas of cleaning and sterilisation, transportation and storage, and also in supply and waste disposal.

wistainer® – The result of continuous development

System for the treatment and sterilisation of instruments and equipment

The universal wistainer® tray concept in high-precision standards, consisting of two identically constructed trays, allows different configurations to be used: the tray used as a lid serves initially to protect the instruments and later, in the operating theatre (OP), can be used to collect contaminated instruments.

However, apart from the safety aspect and practical handling, the fi-nancial benefits of the wistainer® are particularly significant and can be achieved in both investment and operative areas.

Innovation in perfection

The wistainer®, produced from high-quality chromium nickel steel 18/10 (material 1.4301), is processed without generating burrs and polished electrolytically.

The uniform system material allows washing programmes to be stand-ardised. Dispensing with corners and edges makes cleaning easy and economical.

Its advanced design provides a substantial reduction in condensate in the steriliser.

Various different supplementary elements and individual attachments complete the product range.

Systems for hygiene and qualilty

In the medical area we offer our customers an extensive product range. Our watchwords are: hygiene and quality.

Sensitive instruments are picked up carefully, and affixed individually. Hence a secure framework is provided for sterilisation, transportation and storage.

Storage of instruments

The “T clamp” means dividers can be attached flexibly and without the use of tools.

“Fir-tree” shaped dividers provide an individual secure fixing of the various instruments.

The patented double frame offers protection against the wire netting becoming detached and posing a risk of injury.

The Car-in-Car Transport System offers the complete solution which meets the stringent requirements of a modern sterilised goods logistics system. Key features include straightforward operation and safe, efficient handling. Ergonomically shaped handles, a smooth-running chassis and the low weight of the aluminium outer trolley ensure simplicity itself when it comes to manoeuvring, both inside and during external transport.

Short of space? – no problem for us!

During the whole of the supply and disposal cycle, the Car-in-Car System ensures compliance with all logistics and hygiene specifi- cations. Even where there are space constraints to contend with, you can be sure of efficient and space-saving storage on our insert racks.

Sterilisation? – safe and sure!

The Car-in-Car System is manufactured from high quality chromium nickel steel 18/10 (material: 1.4301) with burr- and join-free ma- chining, which means that our insert racks and grilles can be safely sterilised.
