When the Factory Outlet concept was unheard of in the organized Retail market, With the USP of selling the best brands at genuine discounts throughou t the year, the Factory Outlet concept, caught the attention of customers, looking for ‘Value For Money’. Thus from the humble beginning at Velachery. Today Europa Factory Outlets are located at over Forty Eight locations in Chennai, Four locations in Tamilnadu and Seven locations in Kerala catering to formal & casual menswear, accessories & women's wear. Gradually, these Outlets were renamed as "Europa Discount Store" reflecting its true perceived value to customers. Mr. Raghunath Narayanan foresaw the emerging opportunity in organized retail industry by also opening Exclusive Branded Outlets (EBO) representing global brands like Levi’s, Pepe Jeans, Reebok, Adidas and World of Titan,Fastrack and Samso nite.T oday , Europ a pres ents a comp lete fashion wardrobe that comp lemen ts ever y face t of one’s pers onal ity. With Stores numbering over 50 and a combined retail space of over 1,00, 000 sqft, Europa provides its customers a cozy ambience shopping experience. The Group today boasts of employee strength of over 500 employees. Having won the hearts of its customers as a Discount Store, Europa is establishing itself as a preferred Retail Chain by expanding its presence in the best locations with the best brands.  Responsibilities:  1. Manage store operations by ensuring exceptional performance and excellent customer services 2. Ensured proper handling of daily receipts, balanced registers and bank accounts, prepared and made Deposits 3. Assist customers in all aspects of store services including handling complaints and inquiries 4. Maintained responsibility for the overall daily operations of a retail store 5. Coordinate sales promotions and provide sales targets 6. Updated superiors on business performance, new initiatives and other issues 7. Ensure stock availability in the store 8.
