Social Media can be used by anyone in any business or social setting, however, we will specifically target those that:

- understand the benefits of social media for their business.- understand why they NEED it in today’s market.

- don’t want to set up or manage their social media.- are intimidated by it.

- have been using print or TV advertising that just isn’t working.

We are NOT targeting individuals that are not excited about getting, and we are not targeting clients that expect to see immediate results.

There are other competitors out there for social media management, especially since it an international online

market.

We will set ourselves apart by having very competitive prices

and by communicating one-on-one with customers.

Our TOP competitors would be Let’s Get Social, Kate Buck Jr.,

and businesses/individuals that feel they can do the work themselves.

Our competition advertise mostly online. We plan to advertise online, but also to send out postcards in the mail to

reach potential clients that AREN’T online.

Business Model:Provide a service for clients that will enable to them to bring in more business without doing any hard work.

Help clients keep their business current with the newest cutting-edge marketing strategies - without having to pay out high salaries to a marketing team.

Explanation of Assumptions: Our plan is to in 2011, have 10 clients using our Silver Package, then by 2012have upgraded 5 of those to the Gold Package, and by 2013, have 10 clients using the Gold Package, 5 using the Silver

Package, and a few custom brandings or sites created for clients.
