POTENTIAL SOLUTION - SECURING SUCCESSFUL TRANSITIONS

• Vulnerable youth experience many points of contact from education, job training, social services etc.

• Lack of coordination and gaps between services reduces the likelihood for vulnerable youth to be successful in education and the labour market

• SOLUTION: Special programs for coordinating and integrating services across sectors. Using existing funds more wisely.
