Room located in the District Headquarters Building, 2320 California Street, Everett, Washington.
The SPECIAL MEETING will convene at 8:00 a.m. for a Workshop to Discuss Future Initiatives
of the Utility. It is anticipated the SPECIAL MEETING will adjourn at approximately 5:00 p.m.
