Studio Session via Zoom

Download the Zoom apponto your mobile device

Open app

Step 1:

Select 'Join a Meeting'

Step 3:

*If you have created a zoom account:Sign in to your account and continue tofollow these steps

Enter that meeting IDSelect 'Join'

Step 4: In the email you received fromus, there will be a Meeting IDthat is specific to your studiosession

Enter that password Select continue

Step 5: In the email you received fromus, there will be a passwordthat is specific to your studiosession

Select "Call using InternetAudio"

Step 6:

Mute: You can choose to muteyourself.

Video: You have the option to startand stop the video.

*If you select start video, we will be ableto see your face through your cameraon your mobile device

Bottom Left Hand Corner:

Bottom Right Hand Corner:

Click 'more' to access the chat andother options

Chat: Select chat to speakwith other artists and IACstaff

Raise Hand: Please raiseyour hand when you have aquestion or need help

Under the "More" menu:

This is where you will beable to chat with everyonein your studio session.  Everyone participating inthe studio session will beable to see your message
