I’ve always enjoyed physical activity and competitive sports, even as a kid. In high school I  played football, basketball, and ran track. I know and understand the physical and  psychological benefits of being physically active for myself, and, now, I want to share that knowledge with other people to help them achieve their fitness goals. I have always been a very active person. Growing up I was in every sport I could possibly bein and wouldn’t miss a P.E. class. After moving up to Cedar Falls for College, I would use thegym to get workouts in on a regular basis. I’m not the type of person that can sit in the officeall day...physical activity is very important to me.
