Motto: “To give anything less than your best is to sacrifice the gift.” – Steve Prefontaine
I’ve always enjoyed physical activity and competitive sports, even as a kid. In high school I played football, basketball, and ran track. I know and understand the physical and psychological benefits of being physically active for myself, and, now, I want to share that knowledge with other people to help them achieve their fitness goals. Learning how to pushyourself and stay dedicated to fitness are the main obstacles that people face, but after youconquer them you will find yourself reaching and surpassing your fitness goals for success.
Experience:I have been involved in the fitness industry
since March 2009. I have also beeninvolved in high school athletics and my own personal fitness.

Motto:
My clients would rather be covered in sweat at the gym than covered in clothes at thebeach.
Sports and fitness have been a passion of mine from a very young age and I knew growing up it would be a huge part of my life. My goal is to help my clients developthe same drive and enthusiasm towards their workouts and view it as something they want to do rather than have to do. A positive attitude leads to results, and there isnothing more motivating than seeing results!

If you work hard and follow your program, your goal is always within reach. If you practice this with our help, this will surely increase your success. Being healthy should be fun and so should working out.We will make sure that each workout is hard but fun.
I like to push my clients to the limit of their abilities and then beyond. My attitude towards fitness withmy clients is this; what’s the point unless you are willing to push it to the edge? Let’s face it; themajority of us are here for other reasons in addition to our health. We are looking to accomplishsomething-always trying to look better and get stronger as well as get healthier. It won’t happen unlessyou push it to the edge every time. Ask my clients; each and every time, they are challenged andpushed to the edge. Sometimes further (sometimes into the garbage can!). This ensures consistentimprovement in all areas of a fitness program. Come and take the challenge!

Motto: “Your biggest challenge isn’t someone else. It’s the ache in your lungs and the burn-
ing in your legs, and the VOICE INSIDE YOU THAT YELLS “CAN’T”, but you don’t listen. You just push harder. AND THEN YOU HEAR THE VOICE WHISPER “CAN”. And you dis-cover that the person you thought you were is no match for the one you really are.”
I have been involved in physical activity since I was a child. I was the female athlete of my class and was involved in Volleyball, Track and Field, and a State Gymnast. I know what hard work and dedication can do. I have taken my love for fitness and made it my career. I look forward to everyday that I get to work with my clients to build their confidence, strength, and endurance. I love when my clients realize that they are capable of so much more thanthey ever thought they could achieve, and the surprise on their face when they say they arehaving fun while working out!!!

Motto: “The effort you put into your workouts will directly reflect your results. If you’re at the
gym you might as well use the gym. Put everything you have into each and every work out. There is a difference between going to the gym 3-5 times a week and actually using your time at the gym 3-5 times a week.”
I have always been a very active person. Growing up I was in every sport I could possibly bein and wouldn’t miss a P.E. class. After moving up to Cedar Falls for College, I would use thegym to get workouts in on a regular basis. I’m not the type of person that can sit in the officeall day...physical activity is very important to me. I work with many clients to help them un-derstand the importance of living a healthy and active lifestyle. With high levels of energy, motivation and a positive attitude, I help my clients reach their goals faster than they had ex-
pected and help them do it in a safe and natural way where they will keep it off in the end.

Motto: “If it is important to you, you will find a way. If not, you’ll find an excuse”. –Unknown “Light weight baby!!.” – Ronnie Coleman
Fitness has been important to me especially since summer 2008. I have learned that exer-cise does more for you then what meets the eye. It also boost self-esteem, and over all health while helping with stress, weakness and other negative aspects of life . Everyday I try to learn something new when it comes to exercise, that way I can do my best and be the best at what I love to do.
