Does Snap Fitness Require a Safety Plan?Yes, Snap Fitness has an internal safety plan in line with Government guidelines and this is submitted to the South Australian Government for review and approval prior to opening.

Will clubs operate 24/7?Yes we are able to operate 24/7.

What are the capacity limits?Snap Fitness is allowed 20 people per room and up to a maximum limit of 80 people within the club at one time. A room is defined that is enclosed by a ceiling and substantially enclosed from floor to ceiling. The capacity limits do not include staff.

Will group classes be available?If space allows for 1 person per 4sqm; indoor group fitness classes remain limited to 10 people.If space allows for 1 person per 7sqm; indoor group fitness classes remain limited to 20 people

Will I be able to use the showers?Showers will not be in use however toilet facilities will be available.

When will membership payment commence?Membership billing will commence as of the 1st June in line with your normal billing schedule. If you are not ready to come back to the gym that is fine, simply contact the club to pop your membership on freeze.
