DeLaval scaleindicator SI2040

On May 1stthe scale indicatorPerfect Feed was replaced byDeLaval scale indicatorSI2040.

The DeLaval scale indicatorSI2040 has improved and addedfunctions and the possibility to

use together with the DeLavalTMR feed manager (software).

All functions from Perfect Feedare transferred to SI2040 andthe added and improvedfunctions you find below.

New functions inSI2040

Following information is stored

in the memory:Load per ingredient andrecipe.Unload per pen.Feed cleaned up and takenback from each pen.

100 recipes, 100 componentand 150 pens can be created.

Alphanumeric keys; recipe,ingredient and pen can beprogrammed with name.

Clean up; function that canrecord what's taken back froma pen.

Time and date; all actions willbe recorded by time and date.

User ID; possibility to identifyoperator.

External alarm connector;makes it possible to add anexternal alarm, light or siren.

Alarm function with userdesign settings.

Communication port;

When ordering 91711401 asreplace for a Perfect Feed a new

power connector cable92400001 has to be ordered.

The old junction box cable canbe connected direct to thebottom plate and the two notused connections have to beprotected with the protectioncovers that are includedin 92400001 . Separateinstruction is includedin 92400001 .
