The Scalper 107T is a patented, heavy-duty, track-mounted screening plant designed to screen rock, soils, sand, gravel, coal, concrete, and more. It works best when paired with a 3 to 5 yard (2.3 m³ to 3.8 m³) front end loader. A unique wide feed opening over dual 5’-0” x 7’- 0” (1.5 m x 2.1 m) shaker screens, Yanmar® diesel engine, heavy-duty tracked undercarriage, and wireless remote are standard with the Scalper 107T.

SCALPER 107D DOUBLE DECK

The Scalper 107D is a patented, heavy-duty screening plant that is perfect for the separation of two sized materials. Ideal applications include sand & gravel, rock, concrete, and removal of rock, scrap metals and vegetation from soils. This tough machine is built with USA made Grade 80 steel plate and a heavy-duty reinforced tubular structure. The hydraulic landing gear and hydraulic axle raise and lower make the Scalper 107D operational in minutes. The Scalper 107D is a unique dual-screen processing plant featuring dual 5’ x 7’ (1.5 m x 2.1 m) double deck screens with a protective center support that matches up to a 3 to 5 yard (2.3 m³ to 3.8 m³) front end loader.

The 612W Trommel is a self-contained, diesel-powered, wheeled portable screening plant designed to separate topsoil, compost, and green waste type products like much the 612T. It too features a direct open feed hopper and a large 6’-0” x 12’-0” (1.8 m x 3.6 m) trommel drum with 160 square feet (14.86 m²) of screening area.
