CPH as a Green Lab» The City is using its Own buildings, utilities, land,
procurement as well as employees to turn the city into a green lab.
» Example: Dong Energy is using the public owned utility (Amagerforbrændingen) to test a new green solution using the newest enzyme technology to produce biomass from waste.
» Example: Support to MIT, Boston develop a new electrical bike (The Copenhagen Wheel) to be tested by the city’s healthcare staff.
» Example: the City is ensuring better facilities for companies in order to test innovative green solutions (”Better Regulatory Framework”)
