Directions:

1. As you need to have the stuffed peppers filled, you have to cut each one in lengthwise. Make sure to remove the seed core. Wash the sliced halves to remove the seeds left by the core.

2. Check cooking instructions of the rice mix you have. If there is a packet of seasoning, set it aside for later use. Make sure that the rice is cooked to perfection.

3. In a bowl, mixed the ground beef, celery, rice mix, beaten egg, black pepper. Add beaten egg. Combine the ingredients well so that every part has the right consistency and flavor.

4. Fill each bell pepper with meat mixture. Make sure that you put equal portions to each bell pepper halves.

5. Open the can of whole tomatoes and pour the content on your slow cooker. Make sure that the tomatoes are evenly distributed. Put the stuffed peppers on top of the tomatoes.
