HOW DO I USE MY TROP ADVANTAGE® CARD?Your TROP ADVANTAGE® Card is your key to many rewards,so be sure to use it when playing slots & table games.

SLOT PLAYERS: You must have your TROP ADVANTAGE®

Card properly inserted into a slot machinein order to earn tier points and Trop Cash.

TABLE PLAYERS: Play will be rated at a table game bypresenting your TROP ADVANTAGE® Cardto a table supervisor. You’ll earn tier points based onthe game played, average bet and time played.

WHAT ARE TIER POINTS?Tier points are utilized to determine card level. They are earned based on your gaming activity between January 1 through December 31 each year, and are reset to zero every year. Tier points will help you move to a higher card tier. The more you play, the higher your status, the better your rewards!

HOW DO I EARN TIER POINTS?SLOTS: $3 coin-in = 1 tier point VIDEO POKER: $6 coin-in = 1 tier point LIVE POKER GAMES: 1 hour played = 30 tier points TABLE GAMES: Tier points are awarded at the discretion of Lumière Place staff based on the game being played, the average bet and the amount of time played.

HOW DO I EARN TROP CASH?Trop Cash is awarded through the Lumière Place slotmanagement system based on predetermined formulasregardless of the outcome of the gaming activity. These formulas award Trop Cash based on the type of game played, average bet and tier point level of the player (among other factors).

The Lumière Place slot management system is complicatedand subject to change. Depending on the type of gameplayed, average bet and tier point level of the player(among other factors), there may be instances in whichTrop Cash is earned in such a nominal amount that gameplay by a patron may result in no Trop Cash dollars beingawarded for a particular gaming session. HOW DO I REDEEM FREE PLAY?Swipe your TROP ADVANTAGE® Card at any promotional kiosk to download and redeem your free play offer(s).

HOW DO I RECEIVE SPECIAL OFFERSTHROUGH MAIL OR EMAIL?The benefits of your card account extend to promotion mailings, direct mail and email offers and are based on your level of play. Be sure to keep your address and email address current and use your card every time you play to enjoy maximum rewards.
