Function

The newly developed EWS-Slot changes the rotary motion of the turret drive in a translational motion with integrated lifting functions on the return stroke.

The economical manufacturing of internal profiles, keyways or teeth has been given a new dimension. Together with the innovative TKW-head, complete drive assemblies are feasible on your lathe now.

Broaching tools can be used up to 1.500 rpm.

Programming

Moving in Z- to the requested working lenght, afterwards programming a constand X-infeed until the push respectively gearing grade has been reached.
