    Statement of need According to :

    a) Driskell et al., 2006

    Fast food consumption appears to be commonamong university students; in general, it is part of their

    lifestyle.b) Isganaitis et al., 2005

    Fast food tends to be energy dense and high in fatbut poor in micronutrients and low in fiber. A typical fast

    food meal contains 1400 kcal, 85% of recommended dailyfat intake, 73% of recommended saturated fat, but only40% of recommended fiber.

    Goal 1 - To provide healthy food for students

    Objectives

    - To provide 80% low-calorie food on menu.- To provide less-sugar, oil and low-fat in every

    food not more than 10%.

    - To provide a minimum of 200g of fruits andvegetables per package.

    especially for student and community.

    student and community in Gong Badak.
