What hat color is most comfortable for you?

I am comfortable wearing a green hat. I am a strong idea generator, especially as I click and dance while I create my iMindMap.

My Future of Creativity Team brainstorms and our iMindMap grows so large with potential solutions that we must begin a second iMindMap.

We continuously inspire each other and build upon each other’s’ ideas.

I am a Green Hat Person for sure!

What is the least comfortable for you?

Blue hats make me itch and twitch. Although I can be organized and I can successfully develop and implement a process, I prefer to delegate this to someone else.

Organizing and thinking about the realities around process are simply not fun. Timeframes drive me nuts! Now you also want me to constantly be organized? Are you kidding me?

Fortunately, we had one team member who seems to thrive on process. She created an entire document about process.

Lesson learned: always have at least one team member who loves organization and process.
