    Those who have already appiied for the posts advertised vide notification no.12 (Secy.) of 2OI2 dated 25.O9.2012 and 1O (Secy.) of 2Ol3 dated 08.O5.2013need not to apply again. However, Candidates are advised to submit theirfresh biodata. Further, candidates who have applied for the post of AccountAssistant/ cashier against these advertisement under RBA category arehereby informed that their candidature sha-ll be considered now under openCategory due to the withdrawal of two posts.

    Candidate must in possession of the prescribed academic/professional/technical qualifications and fulfill all other eligibility conditions whereverrequired as shown against each post.

    Eligible candidates will be informed about the date and place ofWritten/Skill/Screening test and interview through Registered/ Speed Post.However, University does not take any responsibility for non-receipt or delayedreceipt of the intimation on tJle part of Postal Department.     University reserves the right to withdraw any or all posts or defer filling upany or a-il the posts, advertised here in above at any stage without assigningany reason.

    Selected candidates can be posted/ transferred in any constituent unit of theUniversity

    o Separate application is required to be submitted for each post.

    . Candidates who may not be fulfilling all the requirements by the last date ofreceipt of application need not apply.

    o Shortlisting of the candidates for interview would be done throughScreening/Written/ Skill test for the posts appearing at S.No. 2 to 17comprising of questions on general intelligence, reasoning, general awarenessand on the knowledge of the concerned subject. The detailed syllabi andselection criteria for most of posts is alreadv notified and oosted on t].ewebsite of the University.

    Candidates must ensure their eligibility before applying for these posts.Detailed scrutiny of copies of supporting documents/application forms wouldbe done of those caldidates, who quali$ t-l.e screening/written/skill test.When scrutiny is undertaken, if any claim made in the application is notfound substantiated, the candidature would be cancelied arrd the university'sdecision shall be frnal.

    Three self-addressed envelopes of size (9'x 4') duly a,ffixed with postagestarnps of T35/- each should be enclosed with the application form.

    - Candidate selected for appointment will be placed on probation for two years.During the probationary period his/her services can be terminated on onemonth's notice without assigning any reason.

    . Candidates already in-service are required to send applications through theiremployer only. Direct application will not be entertained. However, candidatesare advised to submit an advance copy of the application form well before thelast date. The application routed through proper channel must be received inthe University failing which the candidate would not be allowed to appeaibefore the selection committee.

    . Applications received late or, without prescribed application fee or incompletein aly respect will not be entertained/rejected.

    o Terms and conditions of appointment of candidates shall be governed by theprovisions of the SKUAST Act, 1982 and the Statues and Regulations madethere under from time to time. Where the University doesnot have its ownservice rules, those prescribed by the State Govt. for its employees are,mutatis mutandis, applicable to the university ernployees also.

    . Due reservation as per the rules shall be given to disabled/handicappedcategory. As such, candidates belonging to tJ.is category should enclose theirrelevant documents with the application forms in their support.

    . In-service candidates of SKUAST-Jammu can submit their application formthrough proper channel directly to the Office of Registrar, SKUAST-Jammubut before the last date.

    o Relaxation in upper age can be considered for in-service candidates ofSKUAST-Jammu in the light of SKUAST Statutes, provided application form issubmitted through proper channel.
